Hello! My name is Annie Galiani and I am a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist. I graduated with my master's degree in Communication Disorders from Mercy College in New York. After I completed my master's degree, I have had the privilege of working with the pediatric population through early intervention, home-based services, and school-based speech and language intervention. I have been honored with the first annual scholarship to attend the PROMPT Institute and am working towards my PROMPT Certification. I have completed specialized training in early intervention, social-emotional skills, and speech sound disorders. I love collaborating and learning from other professionals. Providing home-based services provides opportunities to guide families in creating natural opportunities for their children to learn and achieve their goals. I am passionate about fostering family relationships and believes family involvement is an important part of successful communication! During my sessions, I will take the time to explain the language facilitation techniques and coach parents so they feel confident in their child’s treatment plan.
